This is precisely the kind of 'speculative' casting some of our members do. Our site is "for the movie in your mind", which is where the real movie has to start. Most people use mental 'gray bodies' when they read, but 25-30% of fiction readers (and about the same percentage of the authors) actually see specific actors in the roles, and they post their 'cast' at our site. Who will Hollywood/Burbank select? We'll find out later - but movie companies and screenwriters can now get a clearer picture of what the public is looking for. The book-to-movie path is dangerous, but at least it has a built-in paying audience. Why not start with the free clues to casting that such an audience can provide?
